Marching Band Fees

The forms for Marching Band and Non Marching Band fees are posted online now. Pease make all checks payable to the Evergreen Valley High School Band Boosters. Make sure that the student’s name is on the check.

Membership form and payment must be received by Mr. Barnhill no later than MONDAY, AUGUST 14^TH.

Please contact Mr. Barnhill immediately if you will be unable to remit payment by that date.

Band Group Photos Available for Ordering!

Full band and section photos are now available for purchase at 50% off regular price. Also, proceeds from this photo sale will be donated to the EVHS Band Boosters to further support future band activities!

The photo proofs are available for viewing online in the Gallery (No login required) or in book form in the EVHS Band Room.

Order forms are available in PDF format here.

Orders are due no later than by the end of the school day on Thursday, June 8, 2006.

Congratulations Winter Programs!

Congratulations to our winter programs for completing a very successful season. At the CCGC Championships, the Winter Guard unit took first place in the Scholastic Regional A (SRA) division with an overall score of 80.3 while the Winter Percussion unit took second place in the Percussion Scholastic Open (PSO) with an overall score of 80.9. Both units worked very hard over the last four months and had their best performances of the season.

I recently completed a video project of the Winter Percussion unit’s performance that combines two camera angles and adds song lyrics/karaoke. There is only a high quality version available for download from the Restricted Access section that weighs in at 55 megs.

If anyone has video of the Winter Guard at the CCGC Championships and would be willing to share it, please send me an e-mail so that I can make arrangements to archive the performance.

Fundraiser at East Lake Seafood Restaurant

We are having our second restaurant fundraiser of the year on Thursday, February 9, 2006 from 5:00PM to 9:30PM, at East Lake Seafood Restaurant, located at the corner of Quimby and White.

To participate in the fundraiser and support the band, simply print out the fundraiser flyer ( JPG | PDF ) and hand it to your server when you order.

This is a great way to help support the efforts of the EVHS Band Boosters, which in turn, supports your student in the band. Please plan on having dinner with your family; this is not just for students.
